Budget Billing. Budget billing spreads monthly payments over the year, allowing you to pay the same amount each month. While the overall amount you pay will be the same with budget billing, it allows you to more evenly spread the cost out across the year, making the amount due more predictable. With predictable monthly payments, your winter expenses will be easier to manage.

Payment Arrangements. If you are having trouble paying your utility bill, a payment arrangement can help you get back on track. Payment arrangements are available to all customers, regardless of income, who are having difficulty paying their bill in full. To make a payment arrangement, contact your utility.
