Becoming Suppliers or Aggregators

Attention Suppliers and Aggregators:

Pursuant to Senate Bill 324, effective July 1, 2014, Competitive Electric Power Suppliers are subject to an annual assessment of $10,000 and providers of electric load aggregation are subject to an annual assessment of $2,000. A supplier or aggregator may be eligible for an exemption from the assessment for a year if it earned less than $10,000 in gross New Hampshire revenue during the preceding fiscal year ending on June 30, and it submits an exemption form confirming the applicable revenue total for that fiscal year.

Assessment Exemption Claim Form:

If you have earned less than $10,000 in gross revenue during fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016), then you may be eligible for an exemption from the fiscal year 2017 assessment. If you believe you are eligible for this exemption, you can file a claim for the exemption by completing and submitting the Aggregator/Supplier Assessment Exemption Claim Form, which may be downloaded through the following link.
