Energy Codes

All new construction, renovations and additions must meet the requirements of the New Hampshire Building Code http://www.nh.gov/safety/boardsandcommissions/bldgcode/.

A new code became effective April 1, 2010. The State Building Code Review Board has adopted the IECC 2009 with amendments.
