To Scott F. Eaton, Director, the Commission has concluded that making changes to the rules in the few areas of disagreement that remain would compromise the purpose of the rules. The Commission reiterates that most of the areas of disagreement, represented by Staff annotations, relate to the text of current rules. The Commission reports no problems in the implementation of these rules, and requests that the Committee give the closed draft Conditional approval |
