Residential Renewable Electrical Generation Rebate Program


Effective January 2, 2018, this program offers rebates to qualifying NH residents who install photovoltaic (PV) or wind turbine electrical generation systems. Rebate levels are $.20 per watt of panel rated power up to $1,000, or 30% of the total facility cost, whichever is less.

April 15, 2020 Order No. 26,349 – Beginning April 29, 2020 this order NISI permits the electronic submission of applications during the current state of emergency related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Docket Information

A public process was held to determine changes to the Residential Renewable Electric Rebate Program. On November 20, 2017 the Commission issued Order 26,075 which details modifications to the Program. The revised Program will open on January 2, 2018. Updates will be posted on this page.
